​​Katie Faour, a native of Houston, Texas, is proud to be Hunter Hillel’s Ezra Springboard Fellow. With a B.A in Sociology from Penn State and a history on Hillel executive committee, Katie has always had a deep passion for community and engagement. In addition to serving as secretary, Katie was a JLF student facilitator and founded a Jewish women’s club on campus. Outside of Hillel, she was active in Penn State’s Film Society, Delta Kappa Alpha.Outside of work, Katie enjoys creative pastimes like jewelry making, arts and crafts and thrifting. She is excited to be a part of such a diverse and expansive Jewish community and cant wait to help students grow the same way she did through Hillel!
