Isaac Finkle is the recently retired Chief Legal Officer of Graham Capital Management, L.P.,  an investment management firm, where he has worked since 2003.  He graduated from Haverford College with honors in philosophy, received his J.D. from New York University School of Law and also has a Ph.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, where he specialized in sociological theory.
