Midnight Run
Every night, millions of Americans have no place to go.
Every night, millions of Americans struggle to feed themselves.
Every night, millions of Americans contemplate whether they will make it through the night on the streets.
One of those million was able to get off the streets and begin an organization called Midnight Run to help alleviate the pain of being on the streets.
Every other Thursday, students from Hillel at Hunter College come together to help the homeless of New York City. The students make sandwiches and prepare bagged meals for those who are less fortunate. In addition, those students pass out clothes, in order to make living on the street a little more tolerable.
For more information on Midnight Run, visit www.midnightrun.org. For more information on dates, please contact hillel@hunter.cuny.edu.
Only a limited number of students can come on each run! A light dinner will be provided.
