Habitat for Humanity Build in Brooklyn
Each semester, a number of students gather together in Brooklyn to help build homes for underprivilaged, lower-working class families. Habitat for Humanity provides the families with houses, which are built by volunteers (like you!), and a mortgage. Habitat for Humanity is giving these families an opportunity to make better lives for themselves by giving them an opportunity to live in a stable home and make payments on a mortgage . Empowering people makes an empowered society.
