Migdalim is a year-long, intensive internship focused on peer to peer relationship creating meaningful conversation about Israel. The goal is to engage the volume of reflective and productive conversations on Hunter College and Queens College campuses.
As a cohort, fellows participate in Hartman Learning Session, group experiences, supervisory meetings. They facilitate 60 meaningful interactions about Israel among no fewer than 8 unique individuals. And they will create a self-reflective sharable articulation of their relationship to Israel using any medium they wish - due at the end of the semester. Fellows receive a small stipend for the academic year, as well as subsidies for coffee-conversations. This fellowship is funded by UJA-Federation of New York.
